Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy governs the terms for refunds and returns related to services, gift vouchers, and any retail products sold by Himalayan Healing Arts.

1. Services (Appointments & Treatments)

  • Payment for Services: As services are rendered before payment, refunds for completed sessions are generally not provided. If you have concerns about the quality of your treatment, you must discuss this with your therapist immediately before leaving the premises so we can attempt to find a satisfactory resolution.

  • Deposits: If a deposit was required to secure your booking, it is non-refundable unless Himalayan Healing Arts cancels the appointment. The deposit is subject to the terms of the 3-hour Cancellation Policy outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

2. Gift Vouchers

  • Non-Refundable: All gift vouchers purchased are final sale and non-refundable. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Transferable: Vouchers are fully transferable and may be used by the recipient or another person, provided they adhere to the same booking policies.

  • Expiry: Vouchers must be used by the stated expiry date. Unused vouchers after the expiry date are forfeited.

3. Pre-Paid Packages or Programs

  • Refund Eligibility: If you purchase a multi-session package (e.g., 5-pack of Remedial Massage) and have not yet started the package, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. A full refund will be processed minus a small administrative fee (e.g., $20).

  • Partial Refunds: Once any session in a package has been redeemed, refunds for the remaining sessions will generally not be granted. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis due to long-term medical circumstances, at the discretion of Himalayan Healing Arts management.

4. Retail Products (If Applicable)

  • Returns: We accept returns for retail products (e.g., herbal remedies, essential oils, books) within 7 days of purchase only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition with the receipt.

  • Faulty/Damaged Goods: If a product is faulty or damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item.

  • No Returns on Clearance/Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or clearance are considered final sale.

5. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to himalayanhealingarts@gmail.com. Please include your name, contact details, service/product purchased, date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request. We will respond within [e.g., 5-7] business days.
